The slide is apart of a business liquidation sale and will be sold to the highest bidder. This is the real deal slide, it's not a little model you can go to your local toy store and pick up there is nothing toy like about this unit. It is complete commercial grade A and ready for many rentals.  The slide was bought in the summer of 2006 and on a scale of 1-10 it's an 8 it is in better then average condition. There have been no reported repairs done on the item, there are no leaks.
