Cosmetically, the toy is really amazing and I am not sure if it has ever been played with. There are some tiny light scratches in the litho, which I suspect originated on the factory assembly line, as well as a very small shallow dent on the side of the right elbow (it took years before I actually noticed it). Based on the only 3 or 4 examples I've owned since the late 70s, as well as the small handful I've seen in private collections, the toy has some typical factory overpaint/touch-ups to the blue jacket. As many collectors are aware, ALL of the Haji Space Troopers have them to a varying degree and you can easily verify this if you know somebody who already owns this piece. Sometimes the color mix is quite a bit off, though in this case the match is amazingly accurate. One of the rubber wheels underneath a shoe has a visible flat spot, but the figure is complete with the swiveling space gun and the original celluloid face shield. Not only does this scarce toy seldom show up complete and in good condition, but the Original box is extremely rare. Here, the plain brown cardboard bottom part of the box has a couple of small tears, but the beautifully illustrated lid is almost flawless - absolutely the very best I have ever seen. I have posted a lot of photos for you to enjoy and to help with your bidding. Shipping to the USA and within Canada by Xpresspost is $20 to $25 (actual cost) depending on your location.
