It is approx. 2 1/4" to 2 1/2" across. I just know it as a regular yoyo size. I am not a yo-yo expert and know nothing about grading these. It has definite play-wear-paint loss where there should be(someone played with this alot), some nicks and little gouges. No string. The medallion has some silver color loss and some wear and tear on the edges. The light spots you see in the photos on the top right and center midsection is just glare from the window.
