Description
This original box measures approx. 10 1/4" x 9" x 1 1/8" thick and is dated 1940 by A.C. Gilbert Co. It has three puzzles in very good condition - Ring a Peg, Ball and Gear and Topsy Turvy Rivets. The Radio Tube trick has its four celluloid 'tubes' but three have damage and are missing their tiny ball bearings that make them roll erratically. The Hungry Pup is missing its glass cover and all of its contents except for the tin bowl. It has a hole in the center and a melted celluloid 'bone' at its feet. There is one puzzle missing entirely. They are all made of cardboard with glass covers and the lids are removable if need be and are 4 1/4" x 3 1/4". The box has end flap damage and is a bit rough but the lid is still great for display and is a great reference for the puzzles. Good luck!
