It includes the resin base, and 4 extra wall sections for making the garden. The buildings are not glued down, so they can be used seperately. It comes in the original box, with instructions. Very nice, with many things airbrushed on. There is one small piece missing. The top of the tower on the main building. I think it can be ordered from the current producer, or, should be easy enough to scratch build. I understand that getting the entire model now involves a special order.
