Description
Please read our Auction Policy below before bidding. Thought you missed out when this recently sold. Here is your chance thanks to another E-bay "Customer Service" screw up. Up for auction is a VINTAGE 1967 MATTEL STRANGE CHANGE TOY featuring " THE LOST WORLD " in incredible condition. In the 1960's Mattel invented "memory plastic" which would soften up when heated in order to press into little squares and would then return to its original shape when reheated . The oven is in Near MINT condition and works perfectly . The green Vac-u-form plastic base has a few small cracks and melts but they are not very noticable. These are almost always destroyed as they are so fragile, so this is a real rare find. It even has the clear plastic cover which I have never seen before! This set has the original tweezers used to handle the hot creatures . Included are all 16 Time Capsules / Creatures that came with the set . The box is in good condition but not perfect with nice bright colors . The map is missing. The instructions are printed on the back . At the time you could buy extra " Creaturelings " and " Astropods " . This set is in amazing condition, and really fun to play with! Shipping in USA will be $15.00, insurance extra if desired. Please watch our future auctions as we have a 3,200 sq. ft. building full of treasures that we are currently listing. Thank you and HAPPY BIDDING!!! Powered by eBay Turbo ListerThe free listing tool.
