Stevens Co., c.1906.  This unusual bank is in very good condition with good paint coverage, muted colors. Great working condition, 7.25"H. Boy tries to steal eggs from bird's nest as mother and father bird look on.  Coin is placed in slot on the trunk; when lever is pressed, branch "breaks" (drops down), the boy's plan is foiled and the coin is knocked into the tree trunk.
