This hydraulic loader is designed for serious work with sand, gravel, soil or snow. Reliable power comes from the 9 hp. Honda engine with Electric Start. Two inch square steel frame construction and full size hydraulics make the machine more powerful per scale than the real machines, yet it fits into areas that are normally off limits to the larger machines. Parts and components used on the machine are all new, top quality brand names built by reputable companies like Honda, Nippondenso, blb, Danfoss Sauer and Futaba. The hydraulic system is designed for 3000 psi and uses standard available fittings and hoses. All you have to do, is drive it.   Removable Access Panels: The machine has several removable access service panels. The following parts are removable - The bucket, lifting arms, hydraulic cylinders, engine, battery, filter, front window panel, roof panel, rear engine hatch, lower side covers and rear lighting section. The engine uses synthetic motor oil and the hydraulics use ISO AWG-46 Hydraulic Fluid available at Walmart.   Value: This model is one of only two designed and built by Ken. I expect that this model will sell for less than it's actual value given the current state of the economy. Parts alone are valued at around $7000 Cdn. ($5520usd), and the model took almost two years to complete. There is a high cost to manufacture and design any large scale project for non-production runs. This cost can rarely be recovered by the designer. The good news is that the buyer always gets a great deal and ends up with a unique and marketable item. My model was awarded a $3000 first place prize for a Canadian inventors fair.
