You are bidding on a 1984 Electronic Maxx Steele Personal Robot. The robot was made by CBS toys for IDEAL.I'm the original owner of Maxx and he is in very good condition. The original charging system takes forever to charge the batteries up so you might what to find an up to date charger. Note that Maxx comes in his original box and this is Ultra Rare because after the kids opened Maxxfor Xmas dad took the box out to the trash so i would say maybe about 5 to 10 of the 5000 made  are still out there with the original box. Everything is complete right down to the inside packing.The only thing i lost because I have moved about 20 times is the original manual.I have seen people sell Maxx with a manual that they downloaded from the net but i do not know what site they found the manual at. Maxx is a cool robot When he talks its clear and you can program him to talk, move, and pick things up and rotate it or you can do things manual. He will play light ping pong with you and keeps the score but i never could beat him.You can also program him to wake you up.The down side is they made Maxx with cheap plastic that has discolored over the years.(Note) MAXX will come with new batteries so you can see that everthing still work on maxx. (A:) Maxx has been out of his box only 3 times from 1984 to 2008 with about 4 to 5 hours play        time and everthing stills works with NO broken parts.The only reason i say that Maxx        is in good condition is because of the cheap plastic that has discolored from age and        the box has alot of ware on it from moving and being stored.
